Mattress comes in two bags - not a really glamour experience compare to mattress stores, but it's so easy to assemble (just need some time to depressurize) and cost at least 1/5 of any "brand" mattress (for 6.5 density will be at least 1.5K on any sale).
Mattress foam is uniform, there are no special "zones of support" or "cooling perforation", but it works great anyway - it's still visco foam and it's comfortable. To me it feels pretty mush the same as those expensive mattress out there. Maybe "brand" design with more layers and foam "sculpting" really create better air flow and cooling - I don't know. It feels a little bit warmer, then spring mattress so. It support 230lb manly weight rather even so far, no "caving", and my lighter and better half pretty happy with her sleep too.
The difference between 5.5 and 6.5 is still a mystery to me - the more the better, they say...
Overall, I'd highly recommend it.
